Pridis B.V. (‘the Company’) is one of the leading Cost Management software vendors for fixed and mobile applications in the Netherlands. The Company specializes in the providing cost management applications and related directory integration applications to mid- and large enterprises and tier two carriers.

All its software is designed, coded, tested en delivered and maintained on its own accord by its staff of engineers in the Netherlands and abroad

The fixed and mobile cost management applications, Florin, is delivered in either an enterprise model e.g. on-site on customer location or in a SaaS (Software as a Service) model, e.g. hosted, off-site customer location. Both enterprise and SaaS models are offered in a capex model or opex model (monthly recurring fee) or any combination thereof. The Company focuses on growing income from recurring services.

The directory integration application, Hi-Way, is predominantly installed with larger sized enterprises to groom data from multiple backoffice and IT systems while passing on  customized relevant data to underlying telecommunications infrastructure. Pridis will deliver technical consultancy and project management to fulfill integration services in the cloud.

The overall strategy of Pridis exists of enlarging and focusing on the Telecom Expense Management business (TEM) for fixed and mobile applications in the Netherlands and Telecom Back Office to Telco Management. Additional software applications like “operator console Connecsy” and “ESPA paging interfacing“ provide Pridis with an entrance to European channel partners and provide cross selling opportunities.

The company will grow through intensifying presence in selected and already existing European markets and by adding new modules and services to the existing Telecom Expense Management suite. Sales presence in Germany, the Nordics countries, Spain and Italy have been realized and will be intensified in the coming years.
