Enghouse Interactive and Pridis announce strategic alliance

Enghouse Interactive steps up its growth in the Dutch market

Frankfurt – July 20, 2012.

Henk Dick (1964) has more than 20 years’ experience in the telecom industry.  He started as product manager Meridian 1 at Nortel.  He joined KPN as product manager Meridian Link and Meridian IVR when KPN added the Nortel product to their portfolio.  After KPN became Henk responsible for the European Product Management of the Avaya Communication Manager.  In this role has he been responsible for the adaption of the Avaya Communication Manager to the requirements of the European Market.  The last 5 year is Henk CTO at Pridis and responsible for the development of the Pridis Portfolio.

Title: The Missing Link – how to setup an effective telecom management environment.

It is necessary to collect details from the Business Application, the IT infrastructure and the Telecom Infrastructure to be able to manage effectively the mobile assets and the PBX.  The collected information needs to be combined in such a way that they are sufficient to influence the communication behavior of the users, to configure the assets and/or to administer the application’s  so that they fit the needs of the organization.
