The Hi-Way V5.0 solution integrates the management of different data Avaya applications and systems into one. Personnel data from business applications like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc. are used to Hi-Way common database to feed. Links to management applications as HPOpenview are standard. Obviously the possibility of integration with Active Directory business presence.

Management, reporting and maintenance takes place on a common web interface. The Hi-Way applications then synchronize all the different applications and systems. E-mail-based reporting allows the administrator inspect the progress of the process.

The open structure of Hi-Way makes possible future expansions. Also communication systems from different vendors can be combined. Besides the existing applications and systems supported Pridis adding new modules.
