On this page is an example shown like it is implemented to multiple clients. As a basis, we use a central database from Avaya Communication Manager which is 'managed' through the site data fields in the Communication Manager. The data from the Communication Manager and Modular Messaging will be processed and stored in the central common database.
The Hi-Way application enriched all available data in the central database, with the information from the SAP staff database. This enriched data is made available to other applications. The PC Control 'Connecsy' has thus provided with all the staff information as a mail address, department, staff etc.The billing package ‘Calacsy’ is enriched with cost centers, department numbers, location information etc.
In the flowchart below is the process shown. Standard Hi-Way provides the most common scripting processes. However, the process is adapted to the wishes of the customer. During the project management phase, a test site or moderate process changes required, resulting in a revised flowchart.
