Connecsy LDAP Module

Connecsy LDAP is an optional module for the Connecsy software. Connecsy LDAP enables an operator to search and lookup any information from an Active Directory for efficient transferring of calls. Besides direct lookup, this modules also adds synchronisation of the local Connecsy database with Active Directory to maintain performance.

Owing to the flexibility, one can configure Connecsy to connect directly per operator console or have a central workstation doing the Active Directory import into a central database, providing each Connecsy with actual and accurate organisation data.
