Pridis releases Avaya Connecsy 5.5.Windows-based Attendant Console under Citrix.

Pridis has recently installed its windows-based attendant console Connecsy 5.5 under Citrix at a large investment company in Zürich to operate with the Avaya Aura platform.

Connecsy features, among others, support of all the standard attendant facilities, busy lamp field and display of queued incoming calls. Furthermore, a two way synchronization with Microsoft’s Active Directory (LDAP) was established for direct agenda access and “zero touch” daily maintenance.
Connecsy, under Citrix, will allow attendants to continue working from different locations in case of an emergency evacuation or infrastructural break down.

Employees nowadays work from every place imaginable, using everything from corporate-issued laptops, personal tablets and smart phones. Under a traditional computing model, managing and securing multiple end points and data streams is key.
