With it’s easy to use layout, receptionist and operators can take and distribute calls directly from customers to colleagues, teams, departments or internal service desks in their familiar Connecsy interface.

Quick searches, transfers, presence status, calendar lookup and queue picking call queues for multiple lines to increase efficiency and leverage the Microsoft Teams investment for companies.
