We are proud to announce the fact that we are the first Dutch organisation to have developped a snap-in to be aquired through te Avaya Snapp Store. This snap-in enables routing of incoming calls based on appointments in the Microsoft Exchange calendar. This means that routing can be simply changed by updating an appointment in the calendar. For example, use a calendar appointment to route incoming calls to the specific service engineer on duty. For details click here.
